~ POLICIES ~
 

• A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking.  Should you decide to cancel the following policy shall apply:
  
  Notice received more than fourteen (14) days prior to a confirmed reservation date will receive a refund of the paid deposit amount less 20% of that amount, plus any taxes which may apply to that retained amount. This covers our rebooking and credit card reversal charges. If you cancel giving us less than fourteen (14) days notice your previously paid deposit will be retained and any unpaid balance will be charged as payment for any lost revenue unless we are able to rebook the venue.

  In the event that you have rented for more than one night, and cancel within the fourteen (14) day period, your balance due for the total amount of the full reservation will be charged to the credit card of record. FOR ALL RESERVATIONS BETWEEN JUNE 10 and JUNE 30, a thirty (30) days advance notice is required. All reservations made during this period must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

  For reservations of 5 or more days in an period other than June 10 through June 30, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required to be paid in advance by personal check or money order.
   

• We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Cheques, cash, and personal checks on approval.
    

• Our room rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $20 per person/per night.
   

• Check In begins at 4:00 p.m. and Check Out is at 11:00 a.m.  If you require an earlier arrival, we will be happy to reschedule our housekeeper to have your room ready as early as 1:00 PM for an additional fee of $15.00.  We are happy to accommodate your late arrival with advance notice.
  Please let us know if you have an unpredicted exception and will be arriving at a different time.
   
• Confirmed reservations require full staffing and are confirmed income for us. If we do not hear from you, and you are a "no-show", we have lost the opportunity to rebook the room and cover our loss. Our written, posted, and published policy clearly states that your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of the reservation. This may sound harsh, and we are sorry, but unfortunately, we have learned to be firm in this area.
